Utilise current theory of adult learning and group processes appropriate to diverse learners, to plan a transition to parenting programme and reflect on effectiveness.

Facilitate a transition to parenting programme under supervision and receive feedback.

Evaluate own facilitation performance to improve participant learning and assess programme outcomes.
